Multiple Print support added
You can now highlight multiple items in the Filelog and hit PRINT. In this fashion you don't to click on them individually, click OKAY on the print dialog and then wait for it to submit before doing the next. Printing also supports double spaced output and you can highlight (paste print) selections from stories without having to print the entire document.
