Simple but Powerful Automation

WireReady gives you multiple simple GUI playback screens, a triple deck cart machine, a 10 deck cart machine with instant replays, or a live assist skin over your running log(s) with instant replays.  Up to 8 separate playlists/scripts can run at the same time each playing or recording audio, running the main schedule, liner rotations, background recordings, games and other event schedulers and remote control (macro) actions.  

A playlist can be a simple stack of audio files you want to play manually or automatically, or log based with scheduled breaks and music sweeps that are imported from 3rd party traffic and scheduling systems.   Playlists can expose all your trigger and switcher commands or you can embed multiple sets of logic and switching scenarios within your break/clocks and change behavior by putting the system in live, auto, game or your own self described modes.

Automation Deck Playlists

Create playlists to run your satellite, music on hard-drive or show schedules. Import logs into playlist templates or have the logs build the playlists automatically. Run all 24 hours in one deck or split your games and special broadcasts to pre-empt other decks automatically. Other decks can do background recordings and special functions including remote controls.

DJ Friendly Live Assist Skin

You can now toggle between the raw log view of the automation deck and the live-assist view. Every deck/button on this screen is drag drop friendly, offers right click controls, and can be keyboard/mouse, contact closure, RS-232 and TCP/IP remote controlled. Fire audio thru up to 5 separate audio faders on your console with this screen.

Simple Voice Tracking

Jump to the next or previous scheduled track in the playlist, or insert a VT on the fly. Hit 1 to roll the end of the first song, Hit 2 to start recording your track, Hit 3 to start the beginning of the track which follows, Hit 4 to stop. Hit F3 to audition it back. Repeat until you like what you have. Track in studio, or from production or home (remote access and VPN compatible).

Old School Triple Deck Playback

Go off log and use the simple triple drag and drop decks to hot-load and play audio files on the fly or from a loaded playlist. Manual start or auto-overlap with the check of a box. Supports up to 4 separate audio channel faders on your console.

10 Deck and Button Screen

Another built-in classic old-school screen that lets an operator have commercials or music set up in the decks on the left and hot buttons ready-to-fire on the right (mouse or keyboard). Define your own hot keys/numbers and mouse click combos to control how you play, stop, load, queue and more. Drag and drop is supported too. This screen supports two audio channels, one for the left decks and one for the hot buttons.

Audio Asset Management

WireReady gives you the freedom to store WAV and MP3 files in windows folders and subfolders of your choice on local drives and/or server. The Medialog screen indexes the folders automatically and makes all the metadata information available. Files can be searched with AND/OR rules and fields can also be mass updated. WireReady auto-converts metadata from ID3, and many other vendor automation systems on the fly !

Who Uses WireReady

Does WireReady require special sound cards

WireReady works with any audio devices that show up in Windows which includes WDM/MME devices, sound cards, USB/firewire appliances, on board devices, and virtual sound card drivers.   This means you can use anything from professional ASI cards, or inexpensive USB sound adapters or prosumer USB audio appliances or IP audio drivers and consoles.

How hard is it to learn WireReady

You learn by using, and initially our support team will setup your entire system, setup your logs and playlists, all your interfaces to 3rd party hardware, and schedulers.     We also offer extended support plans for continuing basic tech support to platinum level services where we’ll practically run your radio automation system for you !

Does WireReady require a server/database

Unlike other systems that require SQL or similar 3rd party databases and server modules, WireReady is open and file based, meaning any folders on any PC or NAS/server you map in our software automatically becomes indexed and available for playback.   Supports *.WAV and *.MP3 audio files.

Do I need to use a 3rd party Traffic or Music Scheduler

WireReady is compatible with all leading billing/traffic and music scheduling providers.   For smaller stations who don’t use 3rd party systems, you can schedule your ads and music and programs directly in our log screens, or import CSV/text files, or use our simple autofill, rotation and random shuffle functions.
