Includes remote setup/training, setup of your station logs/clocks/interfaces/settings, connection to your streaming provider/encoder and tweaking your computer and sound device settings (if customer supplied). Main Studio License includes 90 days Mon-Fri 9a-6p 800 support and remote assistance. May be extended to a full year of daytime with extended support option sold separately or upgraded to a year of 24/7/365 coverage for an additional cost sold separately. Premium License includes a full year of weekday support and additional services. Remote VT requires annual subscription of VPN access software or a Synology NAS/VPN or an equivalent VPN equipped router/device.
