Weekday included support can be extended to a full year by adding the weekday support extension or upgraded to 24/7/365 coverage by purchasing a 1st year Gold support upgrade sold separately. Remote VT requires annual subscription of VPN access software or a Synology NAS/VPN or an equivalent VPN equipped router/device.
