Rapid Access Support when you need it

Tech Support is available to customers who have paid Silver, Gold, or Platinum service contracts. When you contact us for technical support, please identify yourself with a customer serial number to assist us in helping you faster.

The quickest way to receive technical support is to call and ask for Tech Support at 800 833 4459.   Our average call back time is generally in minutes for emergencies, to sometimes an hour for non emergency matters if we are super busy with other stations.

Different Plans to suit your needs and budget

Silver customers can call Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ET (excluding holidays)
Gold & Platinum customers can call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

We provide Logmein PRO and TeamViewer for our customers so we can jump into your system for any reason, either assisted or unattended – your option.

Need Remote Access

Contracted customers receive complimentary LOGMEIN PRO licenses for their WireReady licensed machines as part of their support plans.
