We have combined an auto-relay program called DBCapture with QuickRecorder and together these programs allow for automatic saving to multiple locations (several computers) on the LAN.

This capability is perfect in environments where several tasks must be performed on a file from different computers. For example, when a reviewer needs to review or listen to files on a different computer across the LAN, or when the file needs to be copied to a CD or cassette at a duplicating machine across the LAN (EDAT or equivalent).

QuickRecorder and DBCapture together provide ultimate redundancy where files exist everywhere, instead of only on a central server. Rather than saving one vulnerable copy of the file to the central server where it can be accessed across the LAN by many users, multiple copies are saved in multiple locations so that the separate files can be used simultaneously if need be.
