Learfield Communications formed a virtual newsroom by linking their state bureaus together using WebReady. At their request, WireReady modified the software to support direct Mpeg forwarding into their recently upgraded digital satellite system.
WebReady has a variety of uses - everything from file transferring to web publishing (ftp file transfer).
