When supplying your own hardware - we are happy to help you install and configure our software over the phone. It's quite easy and unless we run into a snag - we can setup the software and have you trained in an afternoon.
About the only thing we can't do the first day is transform your web site. Once we take all your design ideas, it typically takes us up to a week to revamp your web site. We setup test pages first and after you approve them we flip your existing links or add new links to your site.
We will also gladly dial into your system with PC/Anywhere or access it over the Internet to perform a remote install, this is generally included in the price of our software. Or, if you like, you may arrange to ship your computers to our facility and we will set them up, upgrade them, test them and ship them back to you ready-for-use for a nominal fee.
