AutoLoader

Loads WR32 to a local drive temp folder for quicker initializing and easier version upgrading.

 

WRCheck

Emails notifications if a WireReady program fails or becomes non-responsive

 

WRDelay

Allows time for Windows to launch completely before launching WireReady executables.

 

WRLabeler

WRLabeler is used to update metadata on audio files either as a stand-alone application or in conjuntion with the WireReady32 MediaLog or QuickRecorder. Recently updated to incorporate newer info fields.

 

MPEG2WAV

All purpose conversion tool to convert *.mp2 and *.mp3 files into *.wav files. Time-saver.

 

AUTORECORD

Stand-alone recorder for use in the Task Scheduler. For customers that don't have ControlReady32 Automation.

 

USB2COM

The USB2COM files include drivers for using USB to Serial COM adapters with WireReady software.

 

COMMX.OCX

If you plan on using a Broadcast Tools AT1616L with NewsReady32, you will need to copy this file to your C:\ WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. This file is also available on your NewsReady32 Client diskette. Note: Newer versions of our windows software (NewsReady, ControlReady etc) beginning with version 4, and WINCAP beginning with version 3.200 no longer use COMMX.OCX and use direct API calls to talk to serial ports.

 

Sales Reports

The Sales Rep Report and Sales Event Report use the task scheduler to automatically generate a report as often as you'd like, outlining sales by sales person or by event. Typically, these reports are then emailed to a Sales Manager using another program, like PostieX or ECapture.

 

Email/SMTP Content Exchange Systems

PostieX is a program used to send SMTP messages, including audio attachments, from several WireReady applications. PostieX can be used for emailing from the WireReady32 Notepad; automatic email notification of program startup for DBCapture, WinCap, and WireReady32; and email notification of incoming EAS alerts in AlertReady. ECapture is used to send files between locations. ECapture is required at both the sending location and the receiving location.
