Using PlayoutReady (POR) and Master Control

PlayoutReady (POR)
PlayoutReady is the video player/renderer that communicates directly with the Stradis brand mpeg2 decoder cards. Cards supporting Stradis 1.69 driver and later (SDM230, 260, 280, 290, 500, 230e 260e, 280e, 290e, 500e) are compatibile with PlayoutReady. Older Stradis cards will not function with this software.

PlayoutReady Master Control
PlayoutReady Master Control is a powerful 32-bit automation system offering great flexibility. PlayoutReady Master Control, adapted from WireReady’s highly successful radio automation system, is responsible for master control scheduling, monitoring, switching and control triggering specific video files to play on the PlayOutReady system.

To view files, use 1 of 2 methods:
1. Click on the link and wait for your browser to open the Word doc, or PDF file.
2. Right-click on the link and choose, "Save Target As" or "Save File As." Choose a destination location on your computer and open the file from there after it is downloaded.
