Setting up Multi-Send with DBCapture

WireReady32 can be configured to allow different versions of DBCapture to be used for web publishing and transferring between stations, all within one instance of WireReady32.

Multiple copies of dbcapture.exe, dbcapture.ini and dbfolder.dat will be used for this configuration, and all will have the same name. So care must be used to be sure the correct version of each file is in the correct folder.
