Music Library: Exporting info to a music scheduler

Q: If I'm entering all my music information in the WireReady software, how can I export this info to my music scheduler so I don't have to double type my information when I'm setting up my music library?

A:
In any folder of audio in our system (such as your music folder), there is a file we automatically maintain called $wavlog.idx.

This is updated anytime you hit the REFRESH button in our medialog. The $wavlog.idx is a simple comma delimited (CSV) file that can be read by excel and some music scheduling systems.

If you give the $wavlog.idx file to your music scheduler company, they likely can import it to create an initial database for your
music scheduler.

If you are unable to do this, contact WireReady for more information.
