Technical Support - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I buy ready-made NTR and telesales events and promotions?

Q: I don't have time to come up with NTR and/or Telesold events and promotions - can I buy them ready-made?

A: WireReady offers a selection of over 100 ready-to-sell events and promotions for typical smaller market stations (some have application in larger markets too). Each event has electronic pop-up print/faxable brochures, order forms, productions forms and many have sample ad copy too. Because they are pop ups, they pick up the prospect's contact information from the SalesReady database - saving you time when sales are made. The pop ups are linked to a calendar system that shows your salespeople when to sell and air each event and the calendar's quota system can track their actual sales too.

Your SalesReady system gives you the ability to create order forms, brochures and other forms that are linked to an event calendar in the software. The event calendar lists every event you are planning on selling and has fields for you to put in sales goals which the software tracks for you. Having electronic pop up documents can help a salesperson know what to sell, and how to sell it throughout the year. They can print and fax brochures, contracts and order forms and take advantage of the software's ability to fill in the customer contact information automatically.

Your SalesReady training package includes an hour session on how to create and add events using MS Word (if you have Word installed on that computer). It is assumed the person in charge with events is familiar with Word and knows how to created and edit documents. There is no cost to being trained on how the events system works so you can create your own selling ideas and selling documentation.

However...

Some stations do not have the personnel, expertise or time to create an annual list of possible sellable events, nor do they have the expertise to create printable forms from scratch,

For this reason, consider purchasing SalesReady's ready-to-use events package. We have assembled over 100 event forms packages. Each events has a selling brochure, order and production form and many have sample ad copy. We can brand these forms with your own station logos and contact info and load them on your computer along with the matching calendar. We will also send you the calendar schedule summary in hard copy form.

This package includes having our tech team load the events into your system and train your team on how to use them. Your salesperson will not likely choose to sell all of the events since there are so many. They may also see certain event templates and realize they can be copied to create other similar events they completely forgot about. The events package also includes having us create up to 1 dozen "custom events" so that throughout the year if your person happens upon something not covered in our generic events package, we will add a custom event upon request. Turn around on a custom even is 3-5 business days. Often we find that once you have these 100+ staples in your system, even someone who is a novice with Word can often take one of these and create a new event by using one of these as a template with minor changes. Of course, the first dozen we'll do for you when you buy our 100+ events package.

Event materials are provided on a CD-ROM and we will help load them onto your computer system. The CD-ROM becomes your backup.
