Bypass the error "$inuse.dat is locked"

An error message is appearing when WireReady is launched "The $inuse.dat file is locked." The indication is that the user is already logged on, but that user is not logged on.

This is going to happen in two cases. We need full rights to the user path where ever that may be ( \wire\users\news1 for example) and if don't have full rights you'll get that error. You'll also get this error if a machine crashes and the server doesn't free up the lock we put on the file. We use this file to prevent two people from using the same wireready machine name at the same time and colliding temp files. This safety feature can be modified to only warn you - but not prevent you from continuning into the program.

In the \wire\system\system.ini file you add or modify the security section block so it says

AllowInuseBypass=true

The next time you startup it won't care about the inuse.dat file in the user's folder.

If set to true (when we can't delete the file on startup) we will warn you but let you click okay to continue into the program. But if you get this especially on a new machine or new user, verify your server login name has full read/write priveleges.
