For importing older DOS RDS traffic, use AudioVault format

For anyone who wants to hang onto RDS traffic when they switch to WireReady, they can use the AudioVault choice in their traffic software (if present) to export the logs.

It produces a generic looking comma delimited format and contains all the information we need to suck in the list of audio events they wish to play each day.

It requires Version 10.5 of WireReady or higher (at least on the traffic/production machine or where ever you want to import the traffic log from).
