Q: Can metadata be automated for our archive podcast uploads? Is this something that DBCapture can do?

A: Yes, anything that DBCapture uploads can be sent with a companion file. The companion file can be csv, or XML, whatever your folks prefer.

The fields in our INFO screen, along with duration, time date, can all be built into a companion file and sent along with the audio file.

Additionally, metadata can be displayed directly without a companion file when WireReady/DBCapture is web publishing and modifying an .htm file, so long as the audio file metadata has been saved with the INFO button in the MediaLog or the stand-alone WRLabeller program.
