Using the new JUMP feature (v11)

Jump Feature in Automate
A new feature has been added in version 11 to allow a user to jump to a specific line number rather than the playlist continuing to the next sequence line. The Jump feature can be activated by choosing the Automate drop-down menu and then selecting Jump, clicking Ctrl+J on the keyboard, or clicking the CTL+J Jump button in the toolbar.

When an audio file is playing in the automation deck, the user can put the edit cursor on a different line, and then activate the Jump feature. The line that is set to jump to will be highlighted in yellow, and “JUMP” plus the sequence line number it is set to jump to will flash along the bottom of the screen. When the current audio file finishes playing, the playlist will advance to the selected line and skip over the other commands.

DUMP and JUMP
In the Automate decks, you can set a line to jump to, and then hit the F7 Dump and it will stop what is currently playing and jump to the line you set. So it is a two-step process, but it can dump and jump. When Jump is enabled, there is a flashing box on the bottom of the screen, next to where Breakaway flashes, that indicates it is in jump mode and that includes the line number it is jumping to. For example, it would display "JUMP 21" when it is set to jump to line 21.
